All our prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and before applicable taxes. We make efforts to ensure that the price displayed on our website is accurate. If an error occurs and there is a difference between the online price and the in-store price, the in-store price will be considered accurate.
Refund and exchange in store
To obtain a refund or exchange, you must return the item purchased in its original condition with its packaging and labels for re-sale. The original invoice is required for any refund or exchange. You have a period of 15 days, from the date of purchase to return a product in store. You can also opt for in-store credit.
It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of your electronic invoice, to repair or exchange any defective merchandise at Bicycles Eddy. This warranty does not cover abuse, accidental breakage and normal wear and tear. The warranties of the manufacturers apply. Details in store.
Layaway plan (in store only)
You can reserve an item for a period of 30 days, by making a non-refundable deposit of minimum 20% of the total value of the item. A bicycle can be reserved for a maximum of 90 days, with a minimum 50% non-refundable, non-transferable, deposit of the total value of the bike.
We will adjust the price of an item, if it has been reduced in price within 10 days of purchase, upon proof of purchase receipt. The difference in price will be remitted in the form of in-store gift cards.
Delivery by Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) is free in Canada for all purchases of $ 199 or more excluding bicycles. For the purchase of a bicycle ordered online in-store pickup is the only option.
For purchases under $ 199, a standard shipping charge of $ 14.99 applies.
Please note that some items are too heavy or bulky and may result in an exceptional overload charge.
Delivery times are between 2 and 5 business days with Canada Post for delivery in Quebec. Lead times are 2-8 days for delivery elsewhere in Canada.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and takes about 24 hours to process an order.
Damage to delivered goods must be reported (store call or e-mail) within 48 hours of delivery.
In-store Pickup :
The easiest and most effective way to recover your purchase. Make sure to have your bill in hand and a valid ID to get your order.
Return Policy :
In store return policy: you can choose to return an item purchased on line within 15 days of receiving an email confirmation by coming into the store. Simply bring the unused item, in its original packaging, with your invoice. Any refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.
You must contact us before shipping an item to obtain a return authorisation number. You can contact us by email at : [email protected] or by phone at 514-767-0559. You have 15 days after receiving an email confirmation to return your item for a refund, no exchanges.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Delivery charges and oversized items that may have been charged to you during your online purchase will not be refunded.
The postmark affixed to the return packaging will be considered the return date. Bicycles Eddy is not responsible for shipping, handling, packing and other charges for merchandise returned to us.
Should the wrong item be ordered on-line, Bicycle Eddy will credit the amount until a new item has been ordered. All shipping and handling costs for returning the incorrect item will be fully assumed by the purchaser.
Bicycles Eddy will cover shipping costs in the event that the wrong item was delivered from the store or if the item is defective.

* Bicycles are non-refundable. Only an exchange is possible within the first 10 days of purchase against a bike of equal or greater value. A 10% restocking fee will be charged and labor charges may be required for the transfer of accessories.
